By using this site and booking tours, you agree to these terms.
- Bookings are confirmed upon payment; you will receive a confirmation email.
- Cancellations: full refund up to 24 hours before the tour; otherwise non-refundable.
- Weather: tours run in light rain or snow; severe weather may reschedule or refund.
- Accessibility: routes list surfaces and elevation; contact us for adjustments.
- Conduct: respect local communities; guides may remove unsafe participants.
1) Booking and Payments
You may book tours via our website. Prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes unless stated. We use PCI-DSS compliant processors. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize charges for booked services.
2) Cancellations and Changes
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- Within 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable. Name changes may be possible subject to availability.
- We may cancel or reschedule for safety or operational reasons. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.
3) Weather and Safety
Tours operate in light rain or snow. In severe conditions, we may adjust routes, reschedule, or cancel. You agree to follow guide instructions and use provided safety equipment. We may remove a participant for unsafe conduct without refund.
4) Accessibility
Each route lists terrain, surfaces, and elevation. Contact us for reasonable accommodations; we will make commercially reasonable efforts to adapt experiences.
5) Your Conduct
- Respect local communities and private property.
- No harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity.
- Follow all instructions from guides for your safety and the group’s safety.
6) Content and Intellectual Property
All materials on the site, including photos, text, and branding, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7) Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
8) Privacy
We collect and use personal information as described in our privacy practices. Essential cookies are required for core functionality; analytics cookies are optional.
9) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Venue for disputes is Toronto, Ontario.
